  • Kern Behavioral Health & Recovery Services (KernBHRS): Understanding the anxiety, stress, and uncertainty that this situation is causing across our community and beyond, they are providing a 24-hour Crisis Hotline which will remain fully staffed and operational at 1-800-991-5272 to help residents work through any anxiety and uncertainty they may be experiencing during this time.

  • Pacific Health Education Cognitive Center Inc.: A new service to help reduce the anxiety created by social distancing due to the coronavirus. Tele-connection services are free to Cognitive Center clients and to the residents of Kern County. The COVID-19 Support Group toll-free number is 1-888-415-0604.

  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Can all help prevent suicide. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.
